Menu Plan MondayLast week went ok. I strayed from the menu a bit and had waaaaay to much junk food! As always on the menu this week is chicken. I like having chicken on the menu because I can have it many different ways so it feels like I am not eating the same thing all the time. I can grill it and bake it and my kids like it too! This week I will make sure to stay on course. Enjoy!

Monday- Leftover baked chicken legs, mashed potatoes, cheesy garlic bread
Tuesday- Grilled salmon, french string beans, red potatoes
Wednesday- Spaghetti and turkey meatballs
Thursday- Zesty orange chicken green beans and salad
Friday- Tacos
Saturday- Baked barbequed chicken, sweet corn, string beans (yes more string beans!- my kids like them :)
Sunday- Grilled chicken breast, baked macaroni and cheese, brocolli
